Auburndale is a great town with a small town rural feel, while being close to almost everything. It is conveniently located a short distance from Florida Polytechnic University with easy access to I-4 and half way between Tampa and Orlando. There is only a short drive to Lakeland, Winter Haven and Disney. This small community is located half a mile from Lake Ariana Park (formally Max Beach) which has a public boat ramp, picnic tables and fireworks displays on holidays. Amber Estates even has its own dock for fun and fishing. The house has an open great room plus separate formal living and dining rooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an office. The office could easily have a closet added to make a fourth bedroom. The salt water pool and spa have propane available for heating one or both of them. All appliances are included. Throughout the yard there is an automatic sprinkling system. The backyard is fenced with PVC fencing with slats so the afternoon breezes off the lake can help to cool the outdoor experience. The built in lanai is screened for escape from the sun's rays after a refreshing swim.
